Cornbread Cake


“why yes, this dessert is store-bought…just like your nose”

Now that chili season is once again upon us, here is yet another scrumptious sidekick to the favorite cold weather companion! This recipe is so easy, cheap, and quick! Enjoy! 🙂

1 Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Box of Jiffy Golden Cake Mix
Required ingredients from both mixes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all of the required ingredients from both boxes together in one bowl. Once blended, pour into a greased baking pan or lined muffin tin. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean in center.
(If baking muffins, brush tops with melted butter once cooked, and place back in the oven for an additional minute or two!)
