Homemade Stir Fry

“…or we could order Chinese”

Enjoy this filling and delicious dinner with egg rolls and your choice of chicken or steak!!

1 lb. steak or boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 bag frozen stir fry vegetables (or fresh vegetables of your choice)
1/2 bottle stir fry sauce or Teriyaki sauce

In a large pan, heat a small amount of oil over medium high heat. Add meat, stirring occasionally, until completely cooked through. Add veggies and sauce, stir and cover. Cook on medium to low heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, or until veggies are soft.
Serve over white rice or noodles!
(Vegetarian option: heat vegetables and sauce until soft. Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss with sauce and veggies, continue to cook on low for a few minutes and enjoy!)
