Easy Apple Crisp

“why yes, this dessert is store-bought…just like your nose”

This delectable dessert is quick, simple, and delicious! Enjoy the comfort of Fall food in a bowl, with a caramel glaze and vanilla bean ice cream 🙂

4-5 apples of your choice, peeled and diced
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8 inch square pan. Place the diced apples in bottom of the pan. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined and sprinkle over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm with vanilla bean ice cream.

Caramel Glaze: (Optional)

1/2 Stick of Butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup milk

Heat all ingredients together over medium heat. Bring to a boil, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Drizzle over warm apple crisp.
