Crockpot Chicken Fajitas


“yippee! I get to make dinner again tomorrow!”

With this oh-so-simple and oh-so-delicious recipe, you’ll want to make it again and again! Throw the ingredients in the crockpot and celebrate a job well done with a margarita…or 2 πŸ˜‰

Crockpot Chicken Fajitas:

1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
3 peppers (1 Red, 1 Yellow, 1 Green), sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
1 Package of Taco or Fajita seasoning

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add sliced peppers and onion. Place the chicken on top of peppers. Sprinkle taco or fajita seasoning on top. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours, until chicken is cooked through! Enjoy over rice or in tortillas with cheese, salsa, or any of your favorite tasty, taco toppings!! πŸ™‚
