Cheesy Biscuit Bombs

“Prepare to be amazed”

A simple way to jazz up your biscuits and pack them full of flavorful yumminess!! A great little companion for dunking with your favorite soups! (My husband loves them with our crockpot chicken & noodles!!) Enjoy! 🙂

1 Container of Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
1 Small Brick of Mozzarella or your favorite cheese
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Oregano/Italian Seasoning

Lay the biscuits out on a lightly greased pan. Slightly flatten each biscuit.
Cube up the Mozzarella into approximately 2 inch pieces
Add 2-3 pieces of mozzarella to each biscuit. Mold until covered and place seam down.
Brush each biscuit with olive oil and add a sprinkling of seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Bake them at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, until golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!!
