Crockpot Cube Steaks

“The excitement never ends”

As I’ve mentioned before, my husband would eat meat and potatoes every single night if he had the chance. Sometimes, he suggests cube steaks…I am not a fan of them, but with this easy crockpot recipe, I will definitely add them to the menu more often! Simple, cheap, and so tender, no knife is needed! It reminded us of Salisbury steak! And the gravy is majorly delicious! I’ve seen many different versions of this recipe, so it’s easy to customize to your liking! Another fix-it-n-forget-it meal! Enjoy! 🙂
I would definitely recommend doubling the recipe for lots of yummy leftovers!!

1 lb. cube steaks
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope beef onion mix
1 can beef broth

Place meat in bottom of crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Cook on low for 8 hours! Serve over potatoes or pasta! And voilà!!
