Eggnog French Toast

“The only thing left to polish off now is the eggnog”

Tis the time of year to break out the eggnog! Every year, my husband sees the Eggnog out-and-about on the shelves and decides it’s time to indulge in the once-a-year treat. We bought a carton, each had a little sip, and that was it. So one night when we decided to have a fend-for-yourself-with-dinner night, I used the holiday drink to make some delicious French Toast! It was fast, easy, and completely flavorful. Make as little or as much as your taste buds desire and enjoy!! 🙂

2-3 Cups Eggnog
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Nutmeg
1 Splash Vanilla
Your favorite bread, Sliced

Combine Eggnog, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Vanilla in a bowl, stir. Slice your bread of choice and individually dunk each piece in mixture, coating both sides. Preheat griddle and add a little butter until melted. Cook for a few minutes on each side, until nice and golden brown. Enjoy with hot maple syrup and/or powdered sugar!! 🙂
