Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

“does one serve red or green chili with a pinot noir?

Crockpot cream cheese chicken chili: what a mouthful!! Another fix-it-n-forget-it meal that is simple and delicious!! Bon Appetit!! πŸ™‚

Ingredients:
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies
1 can corn (do not drain)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 package Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1 Teaspoon cumin

Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken breasts before serving. Enjoy πŸ™‚
