Crockpot Chicken & Noodles


“Only four more hours till my next dose”

When the weather starts to get rainy and cold, there’s nothing like curling up with a delicious bowl of chicken and noodles! It’s the perfect, warm, comforting food to fill you up! A great, homemade, hearty meal to make you feel better when sick or when attempting hibernation from the chilly weather!! Enjoy with biscuits, ciabatta rolls, or cornbread to dunk in the yumminess!!! πŸ™‚

Crockpot Chicken & Noodles:

4-5 cups of chicken broth
One can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onions, chopped fine
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine
One can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 cup Egg noodles (Eyeball amount)
2 cups cooked chicken, Shredded
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Fresh Parsley, Chopped Fine

Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray.
Add everything but the noodles and cooked chicken to the crock pot on Low for 5-6 hours. The last hour, turn on High, and add noodles and chicken.
Enjoy!! πŸ™‚
Tips: This time, I boiled a whole chicken until cooked through. I’ve also used boneless chicken breasts, thighs, or another easy option, use a rotisserie!!
